Late Skiing In Norway

Filed under: Norway — Adam @ 2:43 pm

If you’re a keen skiier but just haven’t had the chance to go skiing yet this year, why not consider a late skiing holiday to Norway?

In Norway, they have a longer ski season right up until the end of May so that’s plenty of time. There’s still two Bank Holiday weekends to take advantage of as well!

When you go skiing in Norway, unknown to most British skiiers, the slopes are much quieter than the more commercialised ski slopes in Europe. This means there’s more room to explore and the snow is fresher.

Most ski resorts cater to all levels and capabilities and there’s a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and bars for a great apres-ski experience.

There’s also a wide range of apres-ski experiences such as toboganning, dog sledding, horse drawn sleighs and ice skating - not your average skiing destination but if you’re quick you could still snap up a bargain holiday.
