The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), which operates Express by Holiday Inns and Holiday Inns amongst several other brands have just announced their next new hotel resort destination is to be based in Bali. This means it will become the first IHG resort in Indonesia.

IHG’s Holiday Inn hotel resort in Bali has been named after the Balinese god of the sea, known as Baruna and the resort will open its doors to holiday makers in March this year. The beach front location is perfect for holiday makers as it is set back into three hectares of stunning land.

The new hotel is said to be the only hotel located within the Tuban area which currently offers direct access to the beach and will ‘go that little bit extra’ when providing facilities for families on holiday, such as a special ‘kids club’ area and a purpose built spa.

General Manager for The Holiday Inn, Bali, Stephane Varoquier, said:

“We are raising the bar and redefining the next generation of Holiday Inn resorts serving the next generation of guests. A new, self-confident generation [of] guests are pushing the boundaries and our resort though its amenities will meet their needs.”

The hotel boasts 195 bedrooms with en-suite and every room will contain a 32 inch flat screen TV and internet access is provided.
