Malaga Transport

Taxis are also easy to find, but if you want to make the most of the entire Costa del Sol region around you, then you may wish to hire a car for your holidays to Malaga.
Things not to miss in Malaga
1. Malaga is very proud of its connection to Picasso and visitors flock to see his house, Casa Natal de Picasso which you are able to look around. There is also a Picasso museum which displays some of his works.
2. Most visitors to Malaga won’t leave the city unless they have visited the cathedral which was built in the 16th century. This stunning building has a surprise in store inside because there you will find 40 precisely carved wooden statues of the saints just behind the choir stalls.
3. Another very popular attraction for people on holidays in Malaga is the fortress of Alcazaba. This Moorish fortress dates back to the 700s and it served as the palace for the governors of the city. Just in front of the fortress is another fascinating site; the ruins of a Roman theatre which dates back to the 2nd century.
4.Gibralfaro Castle was built in the 14th century and is situated at the top of a hill. So as well as exploring the splendid building you can also see a spectacular view of the city from here.
