Benalmadena is a popular seaside resort on the Spanish Costa del Sol. The town has around 10 kilometres of sandy beach that are perfect for soaking up the summer sunshine. Benalmadena is situated on the Spanish Costa del Sol, south of the popular seaside resorts of Malaga and Torremolino, Malaga Airport is around 20 kilometres away making the transfer time short. The Medplaya Hotel Riviera is positioned right by the beach, just off the promenade that runs along the coast. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The picturesque town of Mijas is only a few kilometres inland.
